Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

  • Eligible Items: Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items, or if the wrong item was received.
  • Condition of Returns: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Please note:
Since each item is specially crafted for you, we are unable to accept returns if you change your mind, select the wrong size, or choose the wrong color. We kindly ask you to review the size guide carefully and confirm your choices before completing your purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at support@financebrooutfit.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • If your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
  • Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Fee: A flat rate of €9.90 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping costs.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take quality seriously and apologize if there are any issues with your order.

  • Please inspect your item upon delivery and contact us immediately if it arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Include a description of the issue and photos when reaching out, so we can evaluate the problem and resolve it quickly.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items with incorrect sizing or color selected by the customer.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the EU, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Please note:

  • This right applies only to items that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  • Custom-made items, including products specifically created for you, may be excluded from this right in accordance with EU laws.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and issued to your original payment method.
  • Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
